I am using most of the practical and simple tips that Shveta taught us in mindfulness classes along with the sitting practice and body scan. I am able to cure my insomnia with regular practice. I am less stressed and more present. Shveta simplifies the topic and exercises, explains reasons and research behind the practice which makes the practice more enjoyable and easy to stick to.
The Mindfulness based skills training workshop was a great experience. It really helped me in focusing. The MINDFUL MOVEMENT exercise where people were supposed to walk in a circle, required a bit of concentration. The yoga part was also very healthy. Overall, I want you to organize such workshops more often. To tackle this fast world, we need some healthy motivation.
