I am very happy to have Ms. Shveta Shourie lecture on practices for sustainable well-being to hundreds of our members and partners. I attended the two days Mindfulness Workshop by Shveta Ma’am. It was one of the most enriching workshops I have attended. Mindfulness has helped me in becoming more aware about my emotions and it has surely helped me in becoming a more positive person.
