'Cultivation of Mindfulness’ Course (8 Weeks, group classes)

This course will cover the theory and practice of mindfulness. It will help you learn important mindfulness skills like mindful breathing, listening, mindful movement, body scan, mindful eating, mindfulness of thoughts and emotions, empathy, compassion and much more. We will practice these skills every week so you will have plenty of time see the challenges during practice if you face any and discuss them in class. Along with the extensive practice, I will cover the science and Neuroscience behind the practice, why it is important and what are the benefits.
This class will give you life long skills to help with stress reduction, insomnia, anxiety, depression, hypertension and pain management. You will also learn about the growth mindset and how it compliments mindfulness and helps us achieve mental, physical and emotional balance in our lives. You will be able to cherish your relationships better as you will be present in the now.

'Mindful Eating' Course (4 Weeks, group classes)

Healthy eating habits can improve the levels of your mental, emotional and physical energy. Learn to be mindful before, while and after you eat instead of helpless binge eating and/ or starving yourself. With awareness, we are willingly able to make changes that are good for our health. The class includes mindful eating exercises, the science behind it and the benefits. Mindful eating ca help you with digestion problems and get to a healthy body weight.

'Mindfulness for Parents’ Course (5 Weeks, group classes)

We, the parents, need it the most. We can set example for our children by being in the moment, by reducing screen time and social media time ourselves, by listening to children without judging them and still be able to treat ourselves with compassion and not have the feeling of guilt. We will learn and practice the important mindfulness skills to have our own practice and also how to mindfully communicate with children to understand their needs and feelings. Based on that we form our response and keep the doors of communication open.
