'Cultivation of Mindfulness' for corporate employees, health care providers (8 Weeks, group classes)

Consistency in Mindfulness practice leads to sharp focus, increased productivity, better relationships with colleagues, better communication and above all reduced stress and better work- life balance.
This course will cover the theory and practice of mindfulness. It will help you learn important mindfulness skills like mindful breathing, listening, mindful movement, body scan, mindful eating, mindfulness of thoughts and emotions, empathy, compassion and much more. We will practice these skills every week so you will have plenty of time see the challenges during practice if you face any and discuss them in class. Along with the extensive practice, I will cover the science and Neuroscience behind the practice, why it is important and what are the benefits.
This class will give you life long skills to help with stress reduction, insomnia, anxiety, depression, hypertension and pain management. You will also learn about the growth mindset and how it compliments mindfulness and helps us achieve mental, physical and emotional balance in our lives. You will be able to cherish your relationships better as you will be present in the now.
